Penny is a 7 yr old . She was born in a Lancaster Pa. puppymill though this has not been proven. She was purchased in a Pet store by a couple who where expecting . When the baby came Penny was 6 months but had been spoiled and was a bit wild . The family then offered her "free to a good home 12/27/93. which is how we came to be together
